Phòng Công tác sinh viên xin chuyển tới các bạn thông tin chương trình Quỹ học bổng Yamada, Nhật Bản năm học 2022-2023:
- Đối tượng và tiêu chuẩn xét chọn
– Sinh viên từ năm thứ 2, có kết quả học tập đạt loại khá trở lên, kết quả rèn luyện đạt loại tốt trở lên trong năm học 2021-2022.
– Ưu tiên sinh viên là cán bộ lớp, Đoàn – Hội; tham gia nghiên cứu khoa học; có đóng góp trong các hoạt động xã hội cộng đồng, có hoàn cảnh khó khăn/cần hỗ trợ kinh phí để học tập.
Tiêu chuẩn: Trường Quốc tế được 03 suất học bổng
- Giá trị mỗi suất học bổng: 200 USD/sinh viên/năm học.
- Hồ sơ đăng ký học bổng
– Bản tự giới thiệu của sinh viên (theo mẫu);
– Bảng điểm năm học 2021-2022 của sinh viên, có xác nhận của đơn vị đào tạo.
– Bài viết tìm hiểu về Quỹ học bổng Yamada và chương trình học bổng Yamada, Nhật Bản (đánh máy, có độ dài khoảng 01 – 02 trang A4);
– Bài phát biểu cảm tưởng của sinh viên khi được xét nhận học bổng (đánh máy, có độ dài khoảng 01 – 02 trang A4);
– Các chứng nhận về thành tích học tập, hoạt động Đoàn – Hội, nghiên cứu khoa học, hoạt động hỗ trợ cộng đồng trong năm học 2020-2021… (nếu có).
Tất cả các giấy tờ trên yêu cầu sinh viên xếp theo thứ tự, đựng trong túi hồ sơ. Mặt ngoài túi hồ sơ ghi đầy đủ các thông tin (đăng ký học bổng Yamada, năm học 2022-2023, Họ và tên, Ngày sinh, Địa chỉ Khoa, Trường, Điện thoại, Email, Danh mục các loại giấy tờ). Hồ sơ đã nộp không trả lại.
Ngoài hồ sơ bản gốc, sinh viên gửi thêm hồ sơ bản mềm dưới dạng 1 file pdf gồm bản scan các tài liệu được sắp xếp theo thứ tự trên, với tên file là họ và tên sinh viên.

Dear students,
The office of Student Affairs would like to send you information about Yamada Scholarship Fund, Japan for the academic year 2022-2023:
- Objects and selection criteria
– Students from the 2nd year, with good or higher academic results, and good or better training results in the academic year 2021-2022.
– Priority is given to students who are class officials, Unions – Associations; participate in scientific research; have contributed in community social activities, have difficult circumstances/need financial support to study.
Criteria: International School gets 03 scholarships
- Value of each scholarship: 200 USD/student/school year.
- Scholarship application documents
– Student’s self-introduction (according to the form);
– Transcript of the student’s academic year 2021-2022, certified by the training unit.
– Articles about Yamada Scholarship Fund and Yamada Scholarship Program, Japan (typed, about 01 – 02 A4 pages in length);
– Speech of the student’s feelings when being considered for a scholarship (typed, about 01 – 02 A4 pages);
– Certificates of academic achievements, Union – Association activities, scientific research, community support activities in the academic year 2020-2021… (if any).
All of the above documents require students to arrange in order, put in the file bag. The outside of the bag contains all information (Yamada scholarship registration, academic year 2022-2023, Full name, Date of birth, Faculty address, School, Phone, Email, List of documents). Submitted documents are not returned.
In addition to the original profile, students send additional documents in soft copy in the form of 1 pdf file, including scanned copies of documents arranged in the above order, with the file name being the student’s first and last name.
Students fill out the ONLINE LINK and submit their applications to the Student Affairs Department in Room 303-C, HACINCO Student Village before 5 PM, Friday (Octorber 21, 2022).
