The Prime Minister appoints Assoc.Prof.Dr. Bui The Duy as President of VNU

On March 31, 2026, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Bui The Duy, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee and Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, was appointed VNU President by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh pursuant to Decision No. 529/QD-TTg dated March 31, 2026.
