The Master’s Program in Information Technology is a premier interdisciplinary program specializing in Intelligent Systems and Multimedia (SIM). It integrates core IT fields, including Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, Modeling and Simulation, Human-Computer Interaction, Software Engineering, and Computer Vision. The curriculum is specifically tailored to meet the evolving demands of the global digital transformation era.
SIM is a prestigious joint-degree program awarded by Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and the University of La Rochelle (France). Built to international standards, the program is officially recognized with the ‘International Formation’ (Formation internationale) label by the AUF (Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie). Since its inception in 1995, we have proudly built a community of over 700 successful graduates.

The program is officially established under Decision No. 4428/QĐ-ĐHQGHN (issued on November 13, 2017) by the President of Vietnam National University, Hanoi. This decree approves the collaborative Master’s program in Intelligent Systems and Multimedia between the International Francophone Institute (IFI) and the University of La Rochelle (France), featuring joint diplomas awarded by both prestigious institutions.

Foreign Language Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
- Possess certification of achieving Level 4 French proficiency according to the 6-level Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework, or B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), or equivalent; or
- Hold a Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree from a foreign university where French is the medium of instruction, recognized by the competent authority; or
- Hold a Bachelor’s or higher degree in French Language or French Language Education; or possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree where the program is conducted primarily in French; or
- Be a citizen of a country where French is an official or native language.
Work Experience Requirements
The program does not require applicants to have work experience. However, relevant work experience is advantageous during the recruitment interview process.

120,000,000 Vietnamese Dong per cohort
- This tuition fee applies to a training program with a maximum duration of 16 months;
- The tuition fee does not change throughout the entire course if students study according to the school’s training plan;
- Tuition fees do not include additional learning/knowledge conversion fees, retesting fees, course repetition fees, extension fees, thesis re-defense fees, etc.
