Students of the International School presented and defended their research before Faculty-level panels.
In the 2025–2026 academic year, a total of 185 projects were submitted, marking a slight increase compared to the previous year. Of these, 73 projects fall within economics, finance, management, and social sciences; 107 projects are in natural sciences, engineering, and technology; and 8 projects belong to applied linguistics. Notably, 19 first-year students participated in research activities—an encouraging sign that a strong culture of inquiry is taking root across the International School.

In the engineering and technology domain, research topics reflect contemporary, high-impact trends.
A significant number of interdisciplinary projects integrate technology with application domains such as finance, healthcare, and education to address real-world challenges. It is also notable that several projects have begun to emphasize explainability (XAI), sustainability (ESG), and systemic risk—high-value research directions aligned with major academic forums.

In the fields of economics, management, accounting, and finance, this year’s projects demonstrate a strong awareness of current trends.
Research in accounting and finance focuses on timely national issues, including Vietnam’s carbon market, stock market upgrading, and corporate ESG practices. Similarly, projects in economics and management highlight an in-depth understanding of contemporary dynamics, particularly the interaction between technology and culture.
