ursuant to the plan for implementing student scientific research and innovation activities for the academic year 2025–2026, the International School – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-IS) hereby announces the organization of the 18th Student Scientific Research Conference and its accompanying side activities.
The Conference is an annual academic event aimed at recognizing and honoring students’ research efforts and innovative achievements, while also providing a platform for academic exchange and dissemination of research outcomes among students across disciplines.
01. Objectives
- To promote a spirit of academic inquiry, creativity, and innovation among students.
- To evaluate and select outstanding student research projects for presentation at the School-level Conference and potential nomination for higher-level competitions.
- To create opportunities for students to present, exchange ideas, and receive feedback from academic experts and peers.
2Participants
- Full-time undergraduate students of the International School.
- Student individuals or research groups with completed or ongoing research projects within the academic year 2025–2026.
3Conference Content
- Presentation and evaluation of student research projects selected from faculty-level assessments.
- Research presentations delivered in the form of oral presentations, posters, and supporting materials in accordance with academic standards.
4Side Activities
In addition to the main Conference, a series of supporting activities will be organized, including:
- Workshops on academic integrity, research methodology, and scientific writing.
- Training sessions on preparing research reports, presentation slides, posters, and research videos.
- Academic seminars and networking activities to enhance students’ research capacity and interdisciplinary collaboration.
5. Implementation Timeline
The Conference and its side activities will be conducted according to the School’s official schedule for the academic year 2025–2026, as stipulated in the detailed implementation plan.
6. Organization and Implementation
Relevant academic units, faculties, and departments are responsible for disseminating this announcement and guiding students in preparing, submitting, and presenting their research projects.
