Temasek Foundation Student Exchange Program (TF-SCALE), held at Ngee Ann Polytechnic University with the theme “Specialists’ Community Action and Leadership Exchange Program 2019” for students from Southeast Asian countries with the purpose of fostering and enhancing leadership ability, integration ability and developing  soft skills for students; improve understanding, awareness and problem solving ability of the community. The program includes classroom activities (lecturers, workshops, project development…) and activities to visit, explore, and learn about Singapore’s heritage, culture and tourism. This is the first time Ngee Ann Polytechnic University has welcomed students from Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) and Thailand to study, exchange and exchange for 3 weeks.
