On October 16, 2023, the Management Board of the International School had a meeting and exchange with international students. International students currently studying at the School account for about 15% and come from various countries. The program was organized to listen to the difficulties, thoughts, and aspirations of international students while studying at the International School. The exchange took place in a warm, intimate, and candid atmosphere.

In the program, international students were informed about regulations regarding discipline, attendance, exam-taking, course registration, activities for students, as well as regulations on visas and temporary residence in Vietnam. After the presentation by the specialized staff of the International School, international students asked many questions to clarify more about the presented contents, study activities, research, and job opportunities after graduation. Students hope that the School will have more activities to support international students during their study and life in Vietnam.

Infrastructure and equipment for teaching are continuously supplemented and invested in by the School to create the best conditions for modern teaching activities. Additionally, the faculty is carefully selected, continually learning to improve their professional levels to meet teaching and research requirements.

Speaking at the program, the Principal of the International School, Le Trung Thanh, shared that the School will always stand by international students during their time studying in Vietnam. VNU-IS is your second home, so when there are difficulties, please seek teachers for solutions and resolutions. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Trung Thanh hopes that international students will quickly integrate into life in Vietnam, achieve good study results, and equip themselves with effective life and work skills. With a training philosophy from the roots, the International School has trained and is training generations of students who are comprehensively developed, mastering specialized knowledge in their fields as well as related fields, and good skills and attitudes.

Vietnamese students and international students are educated in an English-speaking environment, working with leading professors from many foreign schools; having access to new foreign training methods and being granted diplomas by VNU or partner universities. Thanks to studying with foreign teachers, students will confidently step into the vast integrated world.
