The honor recognizes the College’s success in meeting the needs of students inside the classroom and out.

Keuka College has once again been lauded for its commitment to students’ learning experience by being named a national 2022-23 College of Distinction.

The honor, which comes courtesy of the national Colleges of Distinction organization, recognizes high achievement in providing a personalized education that addresses students’ educational interests and needs.

“At Colleges of Distinction, we hand-pick and individually review all of our schools to see how they help students learn, grow, and succeed,” the organization states. “We have found that true greatness can be categorized into what we call the ‘Four Distinctions.’ These Distinctions—Engaged Students, Great Teaching, Vibrant Communities, and Successful Outcomes—take into consideration how a school provides the best possible experience both inside and outside the classroom.”

Keuka College invests heavily in seeing that students receive hands-on, individual instruction along with a wide variety of extracurricular opportunities and support services. And its Field Period® program ensures that every student is immersed in an experiential education sequence every year.

The Colleges of Distinction is not the only professional organization to spotlight Keuka College’s commitment to student success. The College was also recently included in University HQ’s 2022 lists of Best Bachelor’s Degrees in New York and Best Master’s Degrees in New York, as well as Money magazine’s 2022 list of Best Colleges in America, Ranked by Value.
