Strengthening cooperation with French universities


On November 11, the VNU-International School held a meeting with Professor Manuel Jobert – Vice President in charge of International Cooperation and Francophone Affairs at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University (France).

The VNU-International School held a meeting with Professor Manuel Jobert.

During the meeting, representatives from both institutions introduced their universities, highlighting their strengths and aspirations for collaboration in education, scientific research, and student exchange. The two sides discussed in depth the possibility of developing joint master’s programs in Information and Communication. They also explored potential cooperation in research, as well as faculty and student mobility programs.

Notably, Professor Jobert proposed that the two institutions co-organize the Franconomics in 2026. Initiated in 2019, Franconomics has become a reputable brand not only of the former Faculty of Francophone Studies, but also of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) and the entire Francophone community.
