Professor Yadav, known for his engaging delivery and profound understanding of academic publishing, immediately captivated his audience. With a blend of strategic advice and practical tips, he began by demystifying the peer-review process, outlining the various “phases” from pre-submission gauntlet to the final verdict. He stressed the importance of understanding the “Journal Ecosystem”, detailing journal tiers, key metrics, and the crucial element of “Strategic Fit” when choosing the right publication for one’s research.

The seminar continued with a deep dive into “Crafting Your Manuscript for Success” emphasizing the “So What?” test, the power of storytelling even in academic writing, and the necessity of methodological rigor and impeccable writing quality. Professor Yadav also covered the “Final Polish & Administrative Check”, including formatting, cover letter best practices, and ethical compliance.Khán giả tham dự hội thảo tại VNU-ISA significant portion of the session was dedicated to “Into the Labyrinth – The Submission Process” and “Understanding the Cast of Characters”, where he elucidated the roles of the Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editors, and Reviewers. He provided a clear visual flowchart of the submission journey and offered critical insights into “Decoding Decision Letters”, from the rare direct accept to the more common revise and resubmit (R&R) – an invitation, he noted, to a conversation, not a rejection. Attendees leaned forward, taking copious notes as he shared the “Golden Rule” for revisions: treating reviewers as intelligent, well-meaning critics, and crafting a polite, professional, and thorough “Revision Memo”.Giáo sư Yadav tương tác với khán giả
