Group 2: The application of information technology in business, marketing, and management

Field of research: Inter-disciplinary / Multi-disciplinary

Research area:

– Extract, retrieve, and curate datasets directly for research on economic issues related to platform enterprises and consumer behavior.
– Apply statistical analysis tools (fsQCA, ANN) and structural equation modeling (SEM) to investigate user and consumer behavior, supplier strategies, and the utilization of surplus resources in the sharing economy, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and community outcomes.
– Analyze emerging social issues associated with the development of technology-driven business models, focusing on the impacts of scientific innovation and entrepreneurship.
– Assess the societal effects of technological adoption, including shifts in employment, consumption, and community dynamics.
– Provide evidence-based recommendations to support sustainable, innovative business practices that address both economic and social challenges in the digital economy.
