Functions & Responsibilities


Planning and Coordinating Training Activities: Design and deliver training activities aligned with the International School’s overall strategy. This includes developing and updating Finance and Accounting programmes, preparing detailed module syllabi, producing teaching and learning resources, enhancing teaching methods, and implementing effective assessment and evaluation frameworks.

Research, Innovation, and Collaboration: Organise applied research and professional initiatives in finance and accounting, strengthen international cooperation, and expand collaboration with businesses and professional organisations. Encourage industry participation in teaching and training to enhance practical relevance and graduate employability.

Faculty Development and Quality Assurance: Develop academic staff capacity and strengthen quality assurance conditions across programmes. Participate in self-assessment and quality accreditation processes to ensure learning outcomes meet published commitments and respond to labour market needs.
