Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer (VNU-IS) Opens Applications for the Google Career Certificates Scholarship Program with 500 Fully Funded Scholarships

The Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer (IITT), VNU International School, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), announces the selection of candidates to participate in the Digital Talent Development Scholarship Program (Google Career Certificates – GCC). The program offers 500 scholarships, with a total value of up to VND 15 billion, providing VNU-IS staff, faculty members, students, and the University’s partners with an opportunity to study free of charge on the Coursera platform and earn internationally recognized Google Career Certificates.

Against the backdrop of rapid digital transformation worldwide, equipping the workforce with internationally recognized digital and professional skills has become increasingly essential. To contribute to the development of a high-quality digital workforce, the Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer (IITT), VNU International School, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in collaboration with the National Innovation Center (NIC) and Google, is implementing the Digital Talent Development Scholarship Program (Google Career Certificates – GCC).

The program is open to staff, faculty members, and students of VNU International School, as well as the University’s partners, providing access to 20 fully funded online courses on the Coursera platform. Developed by Google experts, the courses are designed to address practical business needs and align with emerging trends in the labor market.

Program Content

Through the program, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Access high-quality online courses developed by Google experts.
  • Develop digital skills, technological thinking, and the competencies needed to work effectively in modern professional environments.
  • Learn according to international standards through up-to-date content aligned with the practical requirements of businesses.

In particular, Google Career Certificates are professional credentials widely recognized around the world. At many educational institutions, these certificates may be considered for academic credit recognition in accordance with the regulations of each institution, thereby supporting learners in their academic and professional development.

Training Format

  • Mode of study: Online via the Coursera platform.
  • Language of instruction: English.
