Following the first sessions of the “Digital Transformation and AI Application” training program developed and delivered by Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer (IITT), International School – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in Ninh Xa Ward, Bac Ninh Province, teachers and local officials have begun to effectively use AI tools and develop a range of practical products to support teaching activities and professional work.

With a practice-oriented approach at its core, the program enables participants to explore and effectively apply generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and NotebookLM throughout the training process. Under the direct guidance of the instructors, teachers have developed lesson plans, designed worksheets, prepared assessment materials, and created personalized learning resources tailored to their teaching needs. The products completed during the training sessions provide clear evidence of the program’s practical relevance and effectiveness.

The effectiveness of the program is reflected not only in the practical outputs produced by participants, but also in feedback collected from nearly 300 learners following the training. The survey results show that 100% of participants were satisfied with the training program; 96% rated the need to apply AI in their work as high or very high; and 93.2% expressed a desire to participate in further advanced training programs.

These results demonstrate that the program has effectively addressed the practical needs of teachers and local officials, while contributing to the enhancement of their digital competencies and capacity to apply AI in their daily professional activities.

With the principle “Training Creates Value – Results Build Credibility – Credibility Creates Impact,” Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer will continue to strengthen its role as a pioneering institution in digital transformation and AI training.
