As part of its efforts to strengthen the connection between academic learning and real-world industry practice, on April 7, Marketing students had the opportunity to visit and gain first-hand experience at SEONGON, one of Vietnam’s leading companies specializing in Google Marketing.

During the visit, students gained valuable insights from SEONGON representatives into the company’s journey of establishment and growth, strategic direction, and distinctive corporate culture. The program also provided an overview of key processes related to employee training, recruitment, and performance evaluation in the digital marketing industry, giving students a more comprehensive understanding of the expectations and requirements of today’s labor market.

Beyond gaining professional knowledge, the field trip also helped students develop a clearer understanding of the skills and mindset needed to adapt to the rapidly evolving digital landscape. With a philosophy centered on delivering measurable results for clients — in terms of both revenue and brand value — SEONGON has built a strong position in the market over more than 13 years of development, with thousands of successful projects.
A highlight of the program was the series of interactive activities and games that gave students an opportunity to learn more about SEONGON in a lively and engaging atmosphere. Meaningful gifts from the company further strengthened the connection between the students and the business, while leaving participants with memorable and positive impressions of their experience.

The industry visit was a practical and meaningful activity that contributed to enhancing the quality of academic training while helping Marketing students bridge the gap between theory and practice. By gaining first-hand exposure to a professional working environment, students were better equipped with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed to confidently pursue their future careers.
