Academic Programs and Research Initiatives

Currently, the Faculty of Engineering and Technology is responsible for four undergraduate degree programs: Bachelor of Applied Information Technology, Bachelor of Industrial Systems and Logistics (both awarded by VNU), Bachelor of Informatics and Computer Engineering, Engineer of Automation and Informatics (joint programs with Moscow Power Engineering Institute, awarded by VNU). These programs are developed and periodically updated by the faculty to meet the demands of the high-quality labor market and the expectations of stakeholders, employers, and organizations. Additionally, the faculty has successfully designed two graduate programs—Master’s and Ph.D. in Informatics and Computer Engineering—both approved by VNU and launched in the 2022-2023 academic year. Faculty members are actively involved in teaching across all academic programs at the International School, spanning undergraduate and graduate levels. Their expertise covers various disciplines, including Informatics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Financial Computing, Statistics and Decision-Making, and Quantitative Methods for Management and Business. Additionally, they contribute to natural sciences courses such as General Biology for other specialized programs. The faculty is also in charge of computer labs, informatics and information system laboratories, smart integrated laboratories, biotechnology laboratories, and advanced technology practice rooms at the International School.
